1.5 lbs Ground venison
8 oz Bacon or pancetta, ground
4 ea Large egg yolks
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 bunch Parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp Olive oil
½ tsp Salt & pepper
12 ea Slider buns

Combine ingredients and form into patties. Cook on stove top until meat is cooked well done.
