Private colleges versus state universities.
It often comes down to tuition costs for students and their parents.

From July 28 through August 2, private colleges across the Commonwealth will work to turn the tide their way.

It's Virginia Private College Week.

Families will get to tour the campuses, and learn more about what private colleges have to offer when it comes to academics and financial aid.
