The group of 11 dogs in Wythe County have a brand new shelter.
A New York rescue group traveled more than 500-miles this week to provide those animals with accommodations
The group, Guardians of Rescue, traveled to Wythe County to help out the dogs that have been receiving an up-swell of support from online animal lovers.
The house is 10-by-16 feet with windows and pens for the animals to run around.
The group says they wanted to help the animals' owner, so they put the new dog house on the property.
Wythe County officials say the dogs are healthy and in no danger.
Guardians of Rescue plans on following this case and helping the owner pay for vet care.
