Flowers and Things in Roanoke says red roses are still the top-seller when it comes to Valentine's Day.
The flower shop sold out of red, pink, hot pink, lavendar, and confetti colored roses the day before Valentine's Day.
But managers say roses aren't always the perfect gift.
Other flowers like tulips, lilies, daffodils, and sunflowers are also very popular on Valentine's Day.
