Indianapolis—
Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman announced Wednesday that she is going to lead a delegation of business and community leaders on a jobs mission to Japan next month.
Members of the delegation will also assist in earthquake relief work. This will be her fifth international trade mission as lieutenant governor.
Skillman led an agriculture trade mission to China last summer.
