Like many people, a woman from Kirkwood, Mo., near St. Louis, was disgusted about lawmakers inability to compromise on the debt ceiling and the eventual credit downgrade.  She was so disgusted, in fact, that she spent $900 to let everyone know.

Lucy Nobbe found a company that flies banners. She couldn't fly her message over Washington D.C. because of the no-fly zone, but she did hire the company to fly it over Wall Street.

The banner reads: "Thanks for the downgrade. You should all lose your jobs."

With a little laughter, her daughter calls her crazy, but Lucy says it's a good kind of crazy.

"It feels pretty good," she said. "A lot of times I think those things and don't do it. This time I did it."
