A 1997 Chevrolet Lumina and a tractor trailer belonging to the Mesilla Valley Company of El Paso, Texas were involved in Sunday's accident.
It happened along mile marker 175.2 on I-81N around 3:15 this afternoon.
Casey Lea Benson of Roanoke was driving the Chevy Lumina.
Neither she nor the driver of the tractor trailer, Darrell McCreary of El Paso, Texas, were hurt in the accident.
Benson has been charged with making an unsafe lane change.
As of 6:45 p.m., a hazmat team was still on the scene cleaning up spilled diesel fuel.

Hazmat crews have been called to the scene of a vehicle accident in the northbound lane of Interstate 81 Sunday afternoon.It happened when a tractor trailer and a sport utility vehicle wrecked along mile marker 175.4 around 3:30 p.m.
No word on any injuries at this time, but we're told around 100 gallons of diesel fuel was spilled onto the roadway.
