A Pulaski teenager is accused of inappropriately touching several young girls.
The boy has been removed from his school.
WDBJ7 talked to one parent who is upset she had to go to police after she said the school failed to do so.

That mother spoke with WDBJ7 off camera Friday.
She told WDBJ7 no child should have to be subjected to what her daughter and the other girls went through.
So, she stepped up and got police involved.

State Police got their first complaints on March 16th.  In all, seven girls came forward.
Eash girl told police that a 14 year old boy groped, grabbed, touched or fondled them inappropriately.
There is even an allegation that the boy bit a girl's breast.  He's also accused of sticking his hands down one girl's pants.

State Police said the incidents happened on multiple occasions on various dates here at the middle school in Pulaski.

Two girls say they were assaulted in town.
One parent told WDBJ7 she met with Pulaski Middle School administrators who said they would investigate.
When she received a letter from the school system characterizing the incidents as "sexual harrassment", she called police because she believed it was much more serious than that.

Spokesperson for Pulaski County Public Schools, Thomas Brewster gave us this statement.
"School officials have thoroughly investigated the matter, and we are cooperating with law enforcement officials and the Commonwealth Attorney's office on the investigation."

That mother received a follow up letter that said the school system found the 14 year old boy violated the sexual harassment policy and would be disciplined accordingly.
He's charged with multiple counts of aggravated sexual battery, which is a felony.

State Police also charged a 16 year old with aggravated sexual battery in the case.
They said the 16 year old held two girls down while the 14 year old touched them at a youth event in town.
