Amherst County sheriff's deputies are looking for a man, accused of scratching racial slurs into a vehicle.
Brian Keith Higgins is wanted on a charge of felony property damage.
Investigators believe Higgins used a key to scratch racially charged words into the door of a pickup truck earlier this month. An interracial couple owns the truck that was vandalized.
Higgins is 5’ 6” tall and weights 195 pounds. His hair is brown and his eyes are hazel. Deputies say Higgins last known address is Main Street in Madison Heights, which is also where the vandalism occurred.
