ROANOKE, Va.—
An arrest has been made in a Friday night stabbing on Centre Avenue in Roanoke.
50-year-old Michael Allen of Roanoke has been charged with malicious wounding.
He is accused of stabbing a 43-year-old man several times in the arms and legs Friday night. The victim was taken to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
The stabbing happened in the 600 block of Centre Avenue.
Investigators say Allen and the victim knew each other, and alcohol was involved.
