Vice President Joe Biden will pitch the administration's gun safety proposals in Richmond onFriday. The location and time of the event have not yet been announced.
An email from the White House says Biden will be joined by Senator Tim Kaine and other administration officials. The purpose of the trip, according to the email, is to discuss the administration's efforts to reduce gun violence.
