Brandon Lockett wants his no-contest plea thrown out in death of stepson

Just weeks after pleading no contest in the death of his stepson, Brandon Lockett was back in court Tuesday.

Lockett was trying to take back his plea.

He told the judge that he was basically bullied into accepting a deal.

He said his attorneys did not help him.

Now he wants the case to go to trial and he wants to represent himself.

The judge did not make a ruling as to whether or not to throw out the plea agreement.

There is no timeframe on when there will be a ruling.

He's charged in the January 2010 death of his 2-year-old stepson Aveion Lewis.
