HENRY CO., Va.—
A Collinsville man was killed Wednesday afternoon in a single-vehicle accident in Henry County.
Buddy Tuttle was driving on Route 220 North just south of Route 657 when his pick-up truck ran off the road. The truck hit a sign and then went into a ditch.
Tuttle, 72, died before he could be taken to the hospital.
According to Virginia State Police, he was not wearing a seat belt.
