Condom Drop: HIV/AIDS in Southwest Virginia

It is still the one epidemic where its stigma scares people into silence.  In Virginia, that silence has come at a cost, especially in the black community.  Recently, WDBJ traveled along with the Drop-In Center, an organization in Roanoke where workers are constantly trying to tear the lid off of what remains a taboo topic.
