A Danville family's mobile home is destroyed after a fire.
It happened this just before 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, on Jay Street.
Officers arrived to a scene of heavy smoke and fire coming from the home.
They quikcly put that fire out.
One person was home and asleep at the time, but was able to get out unharmed.
Investigators say an electrical short in the cord of a pace heater caused the fire.
