Dump truck crash sends driver to hospital in Roanoke; street back open

ROANOKE, Va.—

24th Street has re-opened.

An accident involving a dump truck sent a driver to the hospital in Roanoke on Tuesday morning.

The truck tipped over on 24th Street and ended up blocking Longview and Avenham Avenues.

No one else was hurt.

The driver was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
