A judge Monday set Kenneth Epperly's bond at $100,000.

A Christiansburg gymnastics academy owner charged with inappropriately touching children was ordered to be released on bond.

A judge Monday set Kenneth Epperly's bond at $100,000.  Epperly is to have no contact with anyone under age 18, with the exception of his grandchildren.  A judge said that contact must be supervised.  Epperly must also wear an electronic monitoring bracelet.

Epperly already faced two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child.  A charge of Aggravated Sexual Battery was added over the weekend.  Epperly's lawyer said he believes that charge is related to the same two accusers.

Police say  say the charges are the result of two separate incidents, with two different children at New River Gymnastics.  Epperly's lawyer told News-7 his client denies the charges.
