Perinatal Education Center offering programs for low income families, single parents, and grandparents

The Franklin County Perinatal Education Center is a non-profit organziation providing childbirth and reproductive health programs in Franklin, Patrick, and Henry Counties in Virginia.

The Perinatal Education Center also provides free child safety seats and products.

There is a small fee for some of the classes, but noone is turned away because of inability to pay.

Programs include prepared childbirth, infant CPR and safety, breastfeeding, infant care, safety seat installation, grand parenting, sibling preparation, growing girls, teen pregnancy outreach, support group for children and their caretakers.

The Franklin County Perinatal Education Center is a partner with United Way.
