Snow isn't the main concern for people in Southern Virginia, it's flooding.
High waters kept roads closed for the second day.
Emergency services and road crews say their top concern is monitoring water levels.
Virginia Department of Transportation crews are driving around the county looking for and water that's completely covering the roads.
Remember it only takes one inch of swift moving water to pick up and reroute a car.
There is a new set of closed roads in Pittsylvania County.
Most of the roads that were closed Wednesday are now open.
In Danville, the Public Works department has crews on standby when the snow comes.
Right now, monitoring flooding from the Dan River and small creeks are their main concern.
