A former Bedford County Sheriff's investigator is set to be sentenced Wednesday for a drunk driving wreck.
Joshua Hubbard was arrested back in March of 2011.
He was then convicted of driving drunk, driving the wrong way down Route 29 in Campbell County, running from police and eventually crashing into an Altavista Police cruiser.
The sheriff's office fired Hubbard soon after the wreck.
