LYNCHBURG, Va.—
A former high school teacher and coach from our area is set to be sentenced Friday for his inappropriate relationship with an underage girl.
George Katze was convicted in August.
His relationship with a 16-year-old girl started off as hugging and kissing but became more sexual.
Katze used to be a coach at Jefferson Forest High School in Bedford County.
He'll be sentenced in Lynchburg, because that's where the crimes happened.
