Former University of Virginia lacrosse player claims unfair trial

Prosecutors are responding to claims a former University of Virginia lacrosse player didn't get a fair trial.

George Huguely argues the state didn't give him the right to his chosen lawyer or the right to a fair and impartial jury.

Prosecutors say none of that is true and he shouldn't get a retrial.

Huguely is serving a twenty-three year sentence for killing his ex-girlfriend Yeardley Love less than two years ago.
