The main library in Roanoke is hosting a fun evening of gardening, filled with do-it-yourself projects, advice from experts, and activities for children.
PLAYING IN THE DIRT: An interactive experience involving flowers, vegetables, dirt and people is tonight from 6 - 8 p.m. in the Howery Mezzanine.
The event will include a seed swap, master gardener presentations, planting demos, soil improvement and testing, and a worm farm.
