Georgia Crump's serving up sweet treats in a new location

Lots of people know Georgia Crump from when she owned the Nuts and Sweet Things shop on the city market.  But now, she's doing something new.

In May, she joined the staff at 2nd Helpings Cafe, a restaurant that raises money for the Rescue Mission.  Crumps was offered a manager position at the cafe by the CEO of the Mission.  Even though Crump left her other business behind, some of her regular customers have followed her to 2nd Helpings.

"It's just good to know that you made people happy and that they were satisfied with what you did and what you baked.  And a lot of them come in just for the bake goods. They known I'm here and come in and have lunch and get a baked good," said Crumps.

Crump is working to incorporate all her sweet treats from her previous store into the cafe's menu.
