The Martinsville Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) needs your help.

Last year, the Howl-O-Ween Extravaganza raised over $5,000, all of which was spent on the spay/neuter program, allowing to spay or neuter over 2,400 animals in 2011.

As a result of this program, over 80% of the homeless animals taken in by the SPCA, the city, and county pounds found a home!

New this year, on October 6, there will be the Howl-O-Ween Frightmare haunted house during Uptown Martinsville's Oktoberfest.
