UPDATE: Autopsy of Henry County 3-year-old reveals no obvious signs of injury

An autopsy performed on a 3-year-old child that died Monday afternoon in Martinsville did not show any obvious signs of injury, according to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office. The complete autopsy report is pending toxicology results.
