HENRY CO., Va.—
An autopsy performed on a 3-year-old child that died Monday afternoon in Martinsville did not show any obvious signs of injury, according to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office. The complete autopsy report is pending toxicology results.
The Martinsville Henry/County Communications Center got a call around 3 p.m. Monday about an unresponsive child. A short time later the child died.
