Folks on home oxygen are having a tough time, especially when there's no electricity to power their equipment.
Emergency services suggests calling your provider to get portable bottles of oxygen. Rescue squads cannot deliver oxygen.
There are also some hook-ups at the Roanoke Civic Center shelter.
