LYNCHBURG, Va.—
Folks with Liberty University say their fight against ObamaCare is far from over. Today the Supreme Court ordered a Federal Appeals Court in Richmond to hear the school's case against the health care law despite throwing out the case in 2010.
Liberty laywers with the Liberty Counsel are challenging the employer mandate; whether the government can mandate employers to provide health care.
They're also arguing forcing employers and insurers to pay for contraceptives violate freedom of religion in the First Amendment.
