Residents in Danville should keep an eye out for suspicious individuals in the area after an incident involving a child who reportedly saw a masked man on Searcy Street Friday morning.
Around 7:43 a.m. a woman reported to Danville Police that she left her 7-year-old son in her car to go to school, and she went back into her house to get her other child. When she returned, her son was screaming and told her that a masked man had been hiding behind her car and he came out when she went inside. When her son started to scream, the man reportedly ran away.
The man was described as wearing a ski mask.
