Typically, getting pampered on your wedding day is associated as an activity for the ladies.
"It's certainly not a typical thing for men to do but we thought it would be a fun idea for the guys and it's worked out perfect," said Gary Good. Good and his groomsmen came to Jack's before he gets hitched today, "this is perfect for the last few hours before the wedding. So everybody's going to be relaxed and ready to go."
Jack's is named after owner Jack Hans, who opened the store inside of Davidson's clothing store downtown. Hans says he shopped around his business plan and Davidson's was a logical fit.
Jack's opened up inside of Davidson's around 8 weeks ago. We got a chance to speak with owner Larry Davidson. He said that since Jack's opened up, business has been booming
"We're finding a lot of new faces who are coming in and discovering Davidsons as well as our current clientelle is discovering Jacks so it's really become a perfect collaboration," said Davidson.
Both Davidson and Hans say they've created an all-in-one stop for men. Between haircuts and shaves, shoe shines and dry cleaning, it's an all-in-one stop more men keep coming back to.
