CAFE, The Community Alliance For Energy Efficiency, is a government funded organization that helps homeowners make their homes more energy efficient.
The process begins with an energy audit of your home, and then improvements are recommended. CAFE will reimburse you for for some of the repairs you make on a sliding scale if you spend $3,500 or more.
