Dogs shot in Franklin County, and the owner says he knows who did it

Investigators in Franklin County are trying to figure out who shot two dogs.  Their owner says he knows who did it.  Troy Breeden lives in the Glade Hill section of Franklin County just outside Rocky Mount. He says it’s hard to believe that someone would shoot his dogs. And, he says the shooter pointed in the direction of his home while his family was sleeping.  “This man is crazy he can take a gun and shoot puppies,” Breeden said.
