HENRY CO., Va.—
A Patrick Springs woman was killed Friday morning in a car accident in Henry County.
Charlotte Bowers, 57, died after her car went off Route 677 and hit a tree. The accident happened around 9:20 a.m., just east of Route 901.
Bowers was not wearing a seat belt.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
