PHOTO GALLERY: Flooding and wind damage around our region
A line of severe thunderstorms passed through our region Saturday afternoon. The torrential rains and high winds caused creeks and rivers to overflow. Many roads were covered with water. At least one home was damaged by falling trees. We have photos in this gallery from Galax to Lexington and many places in between.
