Radford, Va—
Radford Police have arrested Shawn Emanuel Bonds, age 34 of Radford with rape in connection to a January 25, 2013 incident in Radford.
The offense occurred on the 600 block of Davis Street during the early morning hours.
The victim who is not being named is a 23 year old female from Pulaski who was visiting friends at the time of the incident. Bonds was arrested late Friday, January 25 without incident.
He is being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail on no bond.
