RADFORD, Va.—
Radford elementary students taped their teacher to a wall recently, and the teacher is happy about it.
Heather Rowland told her fourth-grade class at Belle Heth Elementary School that if the entire class completed its homework for 30 straight days, then she would allow them to tape her to a wall.
After a few tries, the students finally were able to finish their homework for 30 straight days.
