WAYNESBORO, Va. (AP)—
The iPhone is coming to nTelos Wireless.
The Waynesboro, Va.-based company said Wednesday that it has partnered with Apple to bring the smartphone to the regional carrier. It will begin selling the iPhone on April 20.
nTelos says it made multi-million dollar investments in preparation for bringing the iPhone to its customers. The iPhone had previously only been available to the nation's largest wireless
carriers.
The company has about 400,000 customers in Virginia, West Virginia and portions of Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Kentucky.
