Roanoke Church holds handbell concert for Sandy victims

People hit hard by Hurricane Sandy are still feeling the effects, and they're still in need of help. That's why a Roanoke Church is doing its part to make sure the victims are not forgotten as media coverage starts to fade and people begin to focus their attention on the holidays.
