Roanoke fire officials investigating four intentionally-set fires in past two weeks

Roanoke fire officials are investigating four intentionally-set fires in the past two weeks.

Two of those fires were set Tuesday night. Investigators say a vehicle was set on fire in the 1300 block of Comer Street around 10:25 p.m., and another vehicle was set on fire in the 4200 block of Virginia Avenue around 8:09 p.m.

Early Monday morning a vehicle was set on fire in the Melrose Ave.-Peters Creek Road area.

Also, a home was set on fire Nov. 29 in the 2200 block of Peters Creek Road.
