The incident happened around 6 p.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of Memphis Avenue in Roanoke.

The girl told police that when she was leaving school she noticed a man sitting in his pick-up truck staring at her. The girl says she stood beside an adult that she knew until the pick-up truck pulled away.
