Roanoke, Va.—
A small business owner in Roanoke is closing her shop after 20 years. The owner of Twist & Turns, Cynthia Willis, has been making and selling custom made furniture and and other home decor for nearly two decades. She's made it through the worst of the recession but evenso, business isn't what it used to be.
The store, located at the district at Valley View, will shut down on April 30th. Willis does plan to continue running her manufacturing facility on Campbell Avenue.
