A special day in Salem for one couple.
Bob and Edna Gregory renewed their vows today after 60 years of marriage.
Their actual anniversary was Thursday.
The couple married in Washington DC and moved to Roanoke in 1959.
Saturday’s ceremony was held at First Christian Church in Salem where they are both very active.
The family says Bob and Edna make marriage look easy.
Their secret to success is working at their relationship every day.
Robert retired from GE and now works for Enterprise Car Sales in Roanoke.
Edna Lee retired from Teamsters Local 171, also in Roanoke.
And just like they did 60 years ago, they shared a piece of cake together.
