State police are investigating a town leader in Giles County.
Howard Spencer is the town manager of Glen Lyn.
A group of people there called Concerned Citizens of Giles County caught the attention of investigators.
They're concerned about are some housing improvement projects.
They say Spencer didn't keep track of the work done on those homes by workers with the town and county.
He's also accused of not using state grants to pay back the county for the work county workers did.
If you are going to investigate one, then investigate them all! Include the Town of Christiansburg! They are robbing everyone from taxes to the trash disposal fees!
