You can pick up some early holiday gifts for the book lover in your life, all while helping out a Roanoke organization that promotes early childhood education.
The 3rd annual Smart Beginnings Book Fair is happening Saturday, November 17 from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Tanglewood Mall Barnes and Noble store.
This year's event will feature alphabet books for children, along with crafts, storytime and performances by pre-schools in the area.
Something new this year, parenting and educational experts will be on hand to answer questions.
