Kim is no Emily Thorne. The editors paint her as a mastermind of sorts. She is just likeable manipulator to her fellow contestants. She is not playing a flawless game and it was evident in this past episode.
The tribe is split 3 vs 3 with Kim, Chelsea, Sabrina vs Christina, Alicia, and Tarzan. First, Kim is dumb to even put herself in this situation by voting out Kat last week. Alicia controls Christina and Tarzan’s vote. Alicia is in a good spot because Kim, ultimately, does not want to take Sabrina into the final; therefore, Alicia would be the perfect replacement. No matter what, Alicia is going to the final tribal council. Right now, Alicia should start campaigning for votes and prepare herself to get grilled by the jury. Unbeknownst to her, she is not as well like as her ego reaffirms her.
Tarzan’s plan is to sneak into the final 3 and have all the men vote for him. This is a smart move for Tarzan but a dumb move for actually saying it out loud. All season he kept his plan to himself and now he spills it to everyone. Remember Tarzan, the game is afoot.
Before the reward challenge, Chelsea pulled Christina aside and told her that she will choose her to go on the reward. Chelsea’s strategy is to work on jury votes and hopefully pull Christina’s head out of Alicia’s butt so she can make a decision on her own. Christina then tells the rest of the group about Chelsea’s plan and basically destroyed any chance of a F3 of Christina, Alicia, and Tarzan. Because Christina told Kim that Chelsea can’t be trusted, Kim now knows that Christina, Alicia and Tarzan have a chance of forming an alliance. Before, Kim thought Alicia was on board with the final four consisting of Alicia, Kim, Chelsea and Sabrina with Sabrina going out 4th. Now, Kim knows Alicia plans on taking Tarzan and Christina to the end.
This split was confirmed after Chelsea won the reward challenge. She chose Kim and Sabrina to join her. This makes it clear as day that there is a division in the group and that its 3 vs 3. The reward challenge looked fun as the contestants had to retrieve 3 wheels by spinning it around and around to its top. After releasing the 3 wheels, the outcasts had to match the wheels to form 3 numbers. These 3 numbers will be needed to unlock a lever. The first to unlock the lever wins. The reward set the girls on a sailboat for a night away from the game with a shower and a 3-course meal.
Back at camp, the alliance of Christina, Alicia and Tarzan solidified. Their plan is to vote out Chelsea if she doesn’t win immunity. When the others returned, Kim did some major damage control. Kim convinces Alicia that Tarzan is playing her and he only wants to go to the end by backstabbing Alicia. This causes the ghetto Puerto Rican girl to come out of Alicia. Alicia is feeling paranoid in keeping Tarzan.
This immunity challenge is a new -school survivor classic. With one arm tied behind the back, the contestants must hook puzzle pieces then release them from a bag. After the pieces are free, the outcasts must match the bones to its hole to make a fish skeleton looking sculpture. The first person to finish their skeleton wins. It was a battle between Kim (no surprise) and Alicia (surprise) with Alicia pulling out the W! Alicia now has to decide to vote out Chelsea or Tarzan.
Sabrina makes a smart, yet dumb comment about Kim. She mentions how easy it is for people to believe Kim because of her angelic blue eyes. Sabrina, are you listening to yourself??? Why would you want to go to the end with someone like that? After hearing how Kim manipulated Alicia, I would have flipped the script on Kim now because she has no immunity idol. These girls can be so near-sighted sometimes. It’s amazing how likable Kim is to these people. What Kim does not realize is that you can’t be buddy-buddy with someone on the island, vote them out, and then expect for them to vote for you for the million. Sorry Kiddo, you can’t win that way; they will be bitter.
At tribal council, the women vote out the last male in the game, Tarzan. I believe this is the first time an all female final 5 happened on Survivor.
Winner’s Predictions
Kim
If the editors were not so sloppy, I might have doubt that Kim is going to win. However, Kim is painted the winner. The doubt is the fact that she betrayed almost every jury member. Unless she pulls an Amanda Kimmel circa China, Kim is most likely going to win. Also, Kim can’t have Sabrina in the final 3. If Sabrina sneaks her way into the final 3 then Kim loses. It’s Kim game to lose, since episode 4.
Chelsea
There is no doubt in my mind that Chelsea will make the final 3. She is painted as Kim’s +1. This makes her a huge liability in the final tribal council. If the jury is mad at Kim, then Chelsea will get votes because she sat pretty and didn’t ruffle any feathers. However, we know Chelsea has a mouth on her and Christina is not her biggest fan. It will be interesting to see how she is perceived by the jury
Sabrina
If she makes it to the final 3, she wins. A lot of the jury is rooting for her. She is likable and a respectable leader. These attributes will cause her to get 4th place. There is now way Kim is letting someone like her get into the F3.
Alicia
Alicia thinks she knows how this season operates. However, she is fooled. She thinks the jury will like her, but she is a mean-spirited opinionated bully. If Alicia is in the Final 3 with Kim and Chelsea, then Kim has a better shot but Chelsea looks golden. Alicia’s best bet was to take Tarzan and Christina.
Christina
She has no chance of winning. She is not articulate enough to pull the underdog card in which she has all the ability to own. She has a great story of overcoming not being in an alliance to triumphing over the rest of the women. The jury has no reason to hate Christina. On the same token, the jury has no reason to appreciate her life in the game.
