Tax season starts next week, but you may not be able to start on some of those critical forms until mid-February. The Fiscal Cliff deal and the Affordable Care Act put the I-R-S in a bind.

Accountants say that's trickling down, that tax filings almost certainly won't start on time.

"All the forms have not come out. They could not make a determination of what was going to be the law for 2012 as well as 2013," said accountant Harry Schwarz.

As a result of this, those of you expecting refunds at the end of January may have to wait even longer to get them.
