Investigators got a tip that there may be a meth lab on the 100 block of Montgomery Street. When officers got there, they say they found three people cooking meth in the home. Angela Whitaker, Tina Mosley and Joseph Hopkins Jr. have all been charged. All three are from Radford.
The occupants of the the home and investigators were all treated for meth exposure, but no one was taken to the hospital. No nearby homes had to be evacuated.
During an investigation, numerous items related to the production of meth were seized.
Whitaker, Mosley, and Hopkins are facing the following charges: manufacturing methamphetamine, possessing two or more precursors to make methamphetamine, methamphetamine possession, conspiracy to manufacture meth, and having 28 grams or more of a mixture containing methamphetamine.
