State Police say a tractor trailer accident is causing the delay.
It happened around 2:30 a.m. Friday when the load on an 18 wheeler shifted as it rounded a curve, causing it to go over an embankment and exploded.
The driver has been identified as 24 year old Joshua Gant. He was airlifted to a hospital in North Carolina with multiple burns and broken bones.
He is expected to be okay.
