ROANOKE, Va.—
A tractor-trailer stuck underneath train overpass in the 2000 block of Wise Avenue is blocking traffic.
The accident happened around 2:20 p.m. Friday afternoon.
The top of a tractor-trailer hit the bottom of a Norfolk Southern bridge as it tried to pass under it. Norfolk Southern will inspect the bridge after the truck is removed.
